What's the best way to use Tung Gel?

Apply a small amount of TUNG Natural Gel to the TUNG Brush twice a day. Gently move the TUNG Brush from front to back, trying to reach as far back on the tongue as possible. Important: don't brush your tongue with a regular toothbrush and toothpaste. The bristles are too hard and can damage the tongue tissue. Toothpaste is much thicker than tongue gel and isn't suitable for the bristles on your tongue.

A clean tongue in 6 steps

Struggling with a white tongue and want to get rid of it as quickly as possible? Following the 6 steps below has been shown to contribute to a (lasting) clean tongue, fresh breath and optimal overall oral health.

1. Brush your tongue with a tongue cleaner and a gel (OraBrush Try Me / Tung Brush or Take One).
2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mild oxygen-based mouthwash, free from harsh or drying ingredients (OxyFresh or Oxyd8).
3. After cleaning the tongue, apply a few drops of California Breath Powerdrops to the back of the tongue to keep it protected from bacteria.
4. Keep your mouth hydrated throughout the day with Dr Katz Lozenges or Oravall Xylitol Chewing Gum, and by drinking water regularly.
5. Try to avoid sleeping with your mouth open. A dry mouth causes tongue coating. If needed, apply Raspberry Hydrating Gel to your tongue and oral tissues at night to prevent bacteria from developing.
6. Prevent nasal mucus from travelling through the sinuses to the back of the tongue. You can do this by blowing your nose regularly and applying a few Nasal Sinus Drops into both nostrils.
